What's the difference between your two services?
With manpower services, our staff work at your site under your day-to-day direction on the tasks, while WorkPlus remains their employer. With business support services, the work is done from our office and you receive the output, such as a processed payroll or a billing run.
Who is the employer of the deployed staff?
WorkPlus is. We handle hiring, contracts, payroll, government contributions and employee concerns, so your team can focus on operations.
How is your rate computed?
For manpower, the rate covers the worker's wage and mandated benefits, government contributions, and our service fee, all itemized in the proposal. Back-office work is priced per transaction, per employee processed, or as a fixed monthly fee.
Can you take over our payroll without deploying anyone?
Yes. That's exactly what our business support services are for. You send the timekeeping data, and we process the payroll and deliver the reports on your cut-off schedule.
What happens if a deployed worker doesn't work out?
Let your WorkPlus coordinator know. We'll address the issue with the employee and, if needed, arrange a replacement.
Do applicants pay any fees?
No. WorkPlus never charges applicants placement or processing fees. If anyone asks you for money in our name, please report it to admin@workplus.com.ph.
